SOLID University
SOLID’s leadership platform, known as SOLID University, designs, develops and delivers continuous educational systems that meet the evolving business needs of our clients and our people. We have worked tirelessly, internally and with industry partners, to provide best-in-class professional sales and client experience programs to ensure each client touchpoint offers experiences they enjoy, want to be repeated, and will be compelled to tell others. For our service craftsmen, our programs ensure they are experts in caring for every type of architectural surface they may encounter.
GBAC-Trained Technicians
Additionally, SOLID has earned the GBAC-Trained Technician seal. Our associates who successfully complete the course within 30 days will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a division of ISSA, and can use the term “GBAC-Trained Technician” to distinguish themselves in their marketing and communication materials. This certification brings increased value to SOLID’s employers and customers because it demonstrates our associate’s competence to carry out their responsibilities and their commitment to the standards of excellence and continuous learning.
SOLID is a proponent of continuous growth for our associates, supporting activities such as continuing education and participation in professional trade organizations.
