Carlos’s pleasant demeanor and consistent performance make him an absolute pleasure to work with every single day.

Josie Hernandez acknowledges Carlos’s stellar work ethic, highlighting his remarkable achievements across various aspects of his role. From payroll vetting to inventory management, Carlos consistently shines as the first point of contact. His dedication to maintaining excellence, even during off-hours and weekends, sets an inspiring example for the entire team.

 

Daniel McNamara: Field Manager, ATL

Our second spotlight winner, Daniel McNamara, has showcased extraordinary commitment and leadership as a Field Manager. Daniel’s standout contribution revolves around spearheading the Stone Revitalization Project for the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC). His dedication to this project has been nothing short of outstanding.

Daniel’s commitment to excellence is evident through his frequent on-site presence and regular interactions with the client. He diligently ensures that the project progresses smoothly and client expectations are not only met but exceeded. His role extends beyond the project, as he actively engages in cross-functional meetings and communication efforts to maintain alignment across the organization. Daniel’s ability to manage multiple responsibilities without missing a beat underscores his exemplary dedication.

Kirk Jackson recognizes Daniel’s pivotal role in managing the GWCC project. From early mornings to late nights, Daniel’s tireless commitment remains unwavering. His exceptional client communication, problem-solving skills, and overall project management have set a new benchmark for excellence at SOLID.

Monica Harrison: Payroll Specialist, CLT

Last but not least, our third spotlight winner, Monica Harrison, shines as a Payroll Specialist. Monica’s remarkable contributions encompass ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for SOLID employees across two separate payrolls. Her dedication, integrity, and kindness are truly commendable.

Monica’s work involves navigating complex systems and processes with finesse. She’s known for her problem-solving skills and her willingness to tackle challenges head-on. In just under a year, Monica has proven herself as a dedicated team player who approaches her work with a positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Maggie Mack highlights Monica’s pivotal role in payroll management, emphasizing her interactions with employees at all levels. Monica’s commitment to accuracy and her ability to find solutions even in complex situations are nothing short of impressive. Allison Peadon adds to Monica’s accolades by describing her as a true problem-solver who approaches her work with enthusiasm and a constant smile.
