At SOLID, we believe students learn the most when they’re given meaningful projects, real responsibilities, and the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals. That’s why our SOLID Internship Program is designed to provide hands-on experience that helps bridge the gap between the classroom and the workplace.
This summer, we’re fortunate to have two talented interns bringing different perspectives to our team. One is pursuing a future in business. The other is studying architecture. Together, they’re gaining hands-on experience while helping move meaningful projects forward across SOLID.

From day one, Caroline and Carson have been working on projects that directly support our business—from developing customer personas and marketing initiatives to helping interpret floor plans and project documentation.
They’re asking questions, contributing ideas, collaborating with different teams, and seeing firsthand how decisions are made in a growing national company.
That’s the kind of experience we believe makes an internship meaningful.
Meet Caroline Wroldsen
Business Major | Class of 2028
This summer, Caroline is gaining hands-on marketing experience by supporting customer persona research, market insights, content planning, and brand initiatives. Along the way, she’s learning how strategy, creativity, and communication work together to support a growing national business.
She enjoys the variety of projects she’s been able to work on and values the opportunity to explore different areas of marketing while continuing to build her communication and business skills.

Meet Carson Tenney
Architecture Major | Class of 2028
Carson joined SOLID to gain hands-on experience working with floor plans, project documentation, material selections, and understanding how design decisions influence project costs and execution. Throughout the summer, he’s helping support projects that connect architecture with practical business applications.
His goal is to become a licensed architect, and this internship provides valuable exposure to the technical and operational side of the commercial built environment.
