At SOLID, 2021 was a year to celebrate our associates and their achievements. We recently held an awards program at our headquarters in Charlotte, NC, to honor individuals and teams across the company for their exceptional performance in 2021.
“We’re a culture that believes in recognizing its people and being grateful for the help and support of our peers,” said Michael Crippen, SOLID CEO. “Our awards program is an extension of that belief and an opportunity to highlight individuals who have stood out in their performance and their representation of our values and brand. Exceptional performance deserves exceptional recognition, and this program is designed to honor, thank and inspire our associates for a year well-lived.”
